Bureau Veritas are a leading professional services company that can offer Norwich Union customers a wide range of solutions at discounted rates of up to 20%. The services we provide can be specifically designed to meet your organisation's compliance and certification issues, giving you total piece of mind.

The main services we offer via the preferred supplier scheme are electrical inspection of fixed wiring and portable appliances, as well as new installation audits, there are up to 22 different electrical services available.

We have just expanded the scheme to cover the following Bureau Veritas Services:

• Legionella and drinking water risk assessments
• Asbestos surveys and management plans
• Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

These certificates will be required by all property owners before the lease or sale of a property can take place.

There is a phased introduction in England and Wales in 2008 with Scotland and Northern Ireland from January 2009.
