A duty to manage asbestos in buildings
A new 'duty to manage' asbestos in buildings has been introduced under regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (2002). The new duty, which comes into effect on 21 May 2004, is likely to impact on almost every business in the UK.
